This is a basic entry level course that deals with the basics of first aid. Great course for beginners and this is the basic first aid course required by the Dept Of Labour. This is the first aid course required by the Occupational Health and Safety act.

I recommend that you look at the topics covered in level 2 if you enjoy first aid or know someone with medical conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes etc, in level 2 we also discuss poisoning, spinal injuries, etc.
